Miron – All of a Sudden (2023)

With his powerful rock sound and bold stage presence, singer-songwriter Miron is steadily making waves in the music scene. Honest, poetic and hard-hitting, his singles have been praised by critics describing him as “masterful” (Music For All), “innovative” (Music Arena GH), and a “…promising voice in modern rock music” (Less Than 1000 Followers). It’s not just critics that have their heads turned, but listeners across the globe are eagerly following Miron along his musical path. The latest addition to his discography is the single ‘All of a Sudden’.

Hot on the heels of his well-received singles ‘Long Nails’ and ‘Too Deep’, ‘All of a Sudden’ continues Miron’s musical journey in a soul-stirring style. Just as powerful as ‘Long Nails’, ‘All of a Sudden’ hits you between the eyes with a bolt of music from the first chord. Yet, the new track leans further toward the sound of 90s and early 2000s rock. Traipsing different genres like grunge, hard rock and blues-rock, Miron showcases his innovation and versatility.

Pounding drums punch the harder rock sound while guitars bring scorching blues to the whirling sonic pool. It is, however, Miron’s vocals that bring a certain something special to ‘All of a Sudden’. Gruff, rough and gritty, his angsty voice wraps around you sending shivers all along your body. Interestingly, despite the grit lurking beneath the surface, there is a somewhat soothing mind-numbing sensation to ‘All of a Sudden’. It is as if you are floating in a pool without any cares…think about that complete relaxation for a while. Crashing tones wipe away all worries and your soul soars.

Raw but sophisticated. Powerful aggression but calmingly pleasant. Miron’s new single takes us through disturbance into a beautifully decadent delight.
