Looking to convey a deeper truth about the experiences we share, she fills you with a spicy blend of pop sensibilities.
Using her own feelings and experiences, she reaches out to see if others feel the same way. While Spring has been the lead singer for several bands, she uses an eclectic range of influences for her solo music. Drawing on her experiences as an aerialist and Visual Effects Artist, she paints intriguing pictures with her songs.
‘Monsters in the Closet’ opens with a night time soundscape fully of twinkling starlight and twilight flows. The piano line is delicate like those sleepy moments where your eyelids feel too heavy to keep open. On the chorus, the gentle tones give way to a pulse of strings that adds this wonderful richness to the music.
